South Padre

Last summer we headed down to South Padre in August. After much searching online, I settled on the Saida Towers Condominiums. You can never really tell from online photos and descriptions, but we were very pleased with the place. It was clean and the condo was huge and I believe it was very reasonably priced. There were three pools on the grounds, several nice tennis courts, snack bars and it was right on the beach. You can visit their website, see each condo, and choose which one you want!

We had planned to spend one day at Schlitterbahn water park, but we opted for more time on the beach instead. We played miniature golf one night after enjoying a yummy seafood dinner at Louie's.

You don’t know this about me yet, but I am a bit of a hotel snob. I’m not snobby about most things, but I just really enjoy vacationing in nice surroundings. Because otherwise, I would just as soon stay at home. I spend hours searching for the best places to stay, and USUALLY, I am not disappointed.

I highly recommend the Saida Towers in South Padre. My entire family enjoyed the stay.
